A Creative Space For Young Makers

Hello! We’re April and Caitlin, from Littles Unleashed. We host kids’ process art classes where creativity runs wild and mess is part of the magic. No pressure, no perfection—just pure joy in making, exploring, and expressing. Every class helps kids grow confidence, imagination, and problem-solving skills through hands-on fun. Let your little one unleash their inner artist with us!

  • 🌟 Open-Ended Exploration

We encourage children to choose materials, tools, and techniques independently. With no right or wrong outcome, they’re free to try ideas and adapt their process along the way —an ideal foundation for creative problem-solving in art and life in general.

  • 🎨 Confident Decision-Making

From choosing colors to layering textures, every artistic choice builds a child’s confidence and ability to make thoughtful, independent decisions.

  • 🌀 Flexibility and Adaptability

Art doesn’t always go as planned. Our young makers learn to shift direction mid-project and embrace the unexpected, helping them become flexible thinkers in everyday life.

  • 💡 Independent Thinking

Without rigid instructions, children rely on their own instincts and creativity to bring their visions to life—building self-trust and originality with every brushstroke.

  • 🤝 Collaborative Creativity

Sharing space and materials with peers teaches communication, cooperation, and group problem-solving—all essential for thriving in school and beyond.

 FAQs

  • Our classes are geared for children 3-7. We will also be offering options for 2-3 year olds. The wonderful thing about creating with open-ended materials is that it can be simultaneously enjoyed at any age! Contact us for more information about the best program for your child.

  • We aim to create space where children take the lead, experiment, and make choices independently of an adult. Therefore, we encourage parents to drop-off.

We often operate in shared spaces — parks or coffee houses — so parents can opt to stay nearby sipping a coffee or taking a walk while still supporting their child’s independence.

  • Programs vary but children will be encouraged to explore with open-ended arts materials including paint, glue, collage, etc. Always know there is potential to get messy so please send your child dressed accordingly!
